MyNM Portal is a patient portal. It provides secure online access to your medical records, test results, medications, appointments, and more. You can access the portal 24/7 from any device with internet access.

To create an account, you'll need to verify your identity with your date of birth and medical record number (MRN). Click "Log In" and follow the registration process. You can access your complete medical records including test results, lab reports, imaging studies, medications, visit summaries, upcoming appointments, billing information, and more. You can also message your care team, request prescription refills, and manage proxy access for family members.

Proxy access allows you to view and manage medical records for a family member who has granted you permission. Patients can invite proxies by email through the Sharing section. Proxies receive a secure invitation link and can create their own account to access the patient's records. All proxy activity is logged and audited for security and HIPAA compliance.

Absolutely. MyNM Portal uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions. We are fully HIPAA-compliant and use the same security measures as online banking. Your login is protected with password encryption, and all access is logged for audit purposes. We never share your personal health information without your explicit consent.
